首先，在一张纸上画出你的脚的形状。从最长的那个脚趾量到脚后跟，这个长度对应着一般的鞋码。一般左撇子左脚大，右撇子右脚大。然后量脚的宽度，一般来说23cm的脚对应8.5cm-9cm是正常值。另外，在傍晚时脚会比较大，所以比较适合去买鞋子。

然后，就开始挑高跟鞋了。一双鞋子好不好穿和它的价钱高度都没关系。哪种高跟鞋才算好呢？

1. 把一只鞋子放在平平的桌面或地面 上，用手轻轻拨一下，如果鞋子来回晃得很厉害，那就说明这双鞋子该放弃了，一双不稳 的鞋子怎么走都是不稳的。

2. 观察鞋子的最前端是否紧贴着地面。一 双好的鞋子重心是在脚的中心。如果其最前端紧贴着地面，这表示这双鞋子的重心靠前，那么穿的时候脚就会往前冲，过一会儿你就会感觉到你的脚开始麻痹了。所以在买鞋时记得选些鞋头有点厚度 还有前端一定要稍稍翹起哦！！！
